Bella Vista is situated on the Les Basetes urbanization in the mountains above the spanish town of Pego approximately twenty minutes from the coast and 1 and mid-way between Alicante and Valencia airport.

This villa was completed in 2004 and has three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) with fitted wardrobes, a bath room with a bath, shower and washing machine. There is an additional toilet / cloakroom, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, lounge / dining area leading onto a terrace with stunning views of the mountains and orange groves around Adsubia and Pego. The villa is also equipped with Sky TV and has a TV with a built in DVD. Outside there is a sun terrace, private parking as well as use of a shared pool and additional communial sun terrace.

The Area

The quiet Spanish village of Adsubia is approximately 1km away and has a general store butcher, baker as well as bars and restaurants where you can enjoy traditional spanish meals and tapas.

Pego is just 4km away and is a typical Spanish market town with good supermarkets, banks, post office, chemists and a variety of shops and restaurants. Pego has a general market each Thursday morning.
